Patricia Wodarz, 85, Breckenridge, MN, formerly of Wyndmere, ND, died September 29, 2006 at St. Francis Healthcare Campus, Breckenridge, MN.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 3, at 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Wyndmere, with Father Len Loegering officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 2, 2006 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7 PM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Wyndmere. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Wyndmere, ND.

Patricia is survived by: Her sister: Adelaide Wodarz, Rural Wyndmere, ND

She was preceded in death by: Her parents: Russell and Alice Wodarz; Her brothers: Jerome and Gerard Wodarz

Patricia Wodarz was born on February 3, 1921 to Russell and Alice (Pierce) Wodarz in Wyndmere, ND. She was raised on the family farm in rural Wyndmere and attended school right across the road. She received additional education to teach in the country schools. She taught school for two years in the Wyndmere area until she moved to Fargo and worked for Herbst Department Store and Northwestern Bell.

In the early 1950's Pat moved to Richland, Washington where she worked for Battelle Corporation. She worked as a Lab Technician for 26 years and made many good friends while working there. She retired and returned home to Danton Township to live with her brother and sister. During the past few years, Patricia has been a resident of St. Francis Nursing Home in Breckenridge, MN

Pat was a lifetime member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Wyndmere. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and baking. Pat was known for her "Sally Ann" cookies and Snickerdoodles. She especially cherished spending time with her immediate family and her extended family at the Pierce Family reunions.
