Rosetta Wille, 100, Breckenridge, MN, died August 5, 2006 at St. Francis Healthcare Campus, Breckenridge, MN. Her funeral will be held Wednesday, August 9, at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, Breckenridge, MN, with Pastor Burt Benson officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 8, at 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, MN. There will also be visitation one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Interment will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Morris, MN.

Rosetta is survived by: Her daughter: Hazel (Lloyd) Steussy, Foxhome, MN; Her daughter-in-law: Rita Wille, Alexandria, MN; Her 10 grandchildren; Her 17 great-grandchildren; Her 11 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: Her parents: William and Elizabeth Thielke; Her husband: Paul L. Wille; Her son: Richard W. Wille; Her 3 sisters: Emma Schultz, Gusta Schliep, Agnes Mumm; Her 2 brothers: Ferdinand and Gus Thielke; Her grandsons: Robert Wille and Dale Steussy; Her great-grandson: Ethaniel Holznagel

Rosetta was born on November 20, 1905, the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Finneman) Thielke at rural Hancock, MN. She grew up and attended school in Horton Township. On May 6, 1922, Rosetta was married to Paul Wille at Horton Township. They were blessed with two children, Hazel and Richard W. The couple farmed in the area until 1939 when they moved to Alexandria, MN. Paul died on February 5, 1954. Rosetta then moved to Foxhome, MN, and worked at St. Francis Hospital in the dietary department for 10 years. In 1972, she moved to Breckenridge and resided at the Park Manor until May, 2004, when she became a resident of St. Francis Home.

Rosetta enjoyed crocheting, watching the Minnesota Twins and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
