Douglas Dale Arndt, 53, of Breckenridge, Minnesota, passed away on April 30, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital in Breckenridge.
Douglas was born on July 26, 1972, and was adopted by his loving parents, Dale and Marlene Arndt, on October 23, 1972.
Doug had a deep passion for racing and was proudly connected to Brian Bernotas Racing Team. Friday nights at the races were something he truly loved, and he was always the happiest in the pile alongside his friends. He also gave his time and heart to coaching youth hockey for the BW Blades, where he made a lasting impact on the kids who looked up to him.
In his free time, Doug loved to hunt and fish, finding peace in the outdoors. He would love big and meant so much to those who loved him.
He is survived by his sister, Sheila (Curt) Foley; Nephews, Nicholas and Riley; great-nephew, Emmett; along with many aunts, uncles, and others.
He was welcomed into heaven by his parents, Dale and Marlene, and his beloved wife Shannon.
