Eileen Williamson, 96, Lidgerwood, ND; formerly of Wyndmere, ND passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at her daughter’s residence in Lidgerwood, ND. Funeral services will be on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at 2:30 PM at Wyndmere Lutheran Church , Wyndmere , ND with Pastor Sandra Hollands officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 1, 2009 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Wyndmere Lutheran Church , Wyndmere , ND . Interment will be at Elk Creek Cemetery , Wyndmere , ND .



Eileen Kathrine Klemetson Solberg Williamson was born on October 27, 1912 on a farm six miles northwest of Gwinner , ND . She graduated from Gwinner High School and attended Normal School at Ellendale and Valley City State College and received her teaching certificate.



Eileen moved to Wyndmere , ND in 1932 with her parents and taught school at West End and Wyndmere Townships . She married Martin Solberg on November 22, 1938 and had two children, Marleen Krause and Delles Solberg. Martin passed away on May 8, 1966. On June 21, 1968, Eileen married Alfred Williamson. Alfred passed away on June 6, 1985 and at that point she moved in with her daughter in Lidgerwood.



Eileen is survived by, her daughter, Marleen (Leyone) Krause, Lidgerwood, ND; her son, Delles (Paulette) Solberg, Brooklyn Center, MN; her six grandchildren, Loni (Rick) Blilie, Brett (M.J.) Krause, Rhonda Krause, Madalee Milbrandt, Marni Watts, Kaddi Krause; her thirteen great-grandchildren; her six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.



She was preceded by her parents, Peter and Kate Klemetson; her first husband, Martin Solberg; her second husband, Alfred Williamson; her great-grandson, Dustin Kratcha; her three sisters, Ella Anderson, Minnie Holmstrom, and Marn Klemetson in infancy; her four brothers, William, Ray, Oscar, and Christ Klemetson.
