Marian Daniels, 88, of Breckenridge, MN, formerly of Tintah, MN passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at St. Francis Healthcare Campus, Breckenridge, MN.
She was born on December 9, 1917 in Walcott, ND to John and Fannie (Sinclair) Jorgenson. She grew up and attended school in Lamberton, MN and graduated from high school in 1936. She attended one year of Normal School and she taught rural school in southern Minnesota until she was married.
She was united in marriage to Max Amos Daniels in Estherville, IA on August 17, 1940. The couple made their home in Tracy, MN until 1943 when they moved to the Tintah, MN area where they farmed until 1983. They then moved to Nashua. After her husband's death she moved back to Tintah where she lived until March, 2004 when she moved into St. Francis Home in Breckenridge.
Marian was an active member of the Tintah Congregational Church where she was the superintendent of the Sunday School and a member of the Eastern Star. She was also involved in many community organizations and loved being with and mentoring children.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Fred) Hasbargen, Wheaton, MN; Becky (Wally) Hasbargen, Wheaton, MN; Denise (Larry) Brown, Maple Grove, MN; her sons, Douglas (Carole) Daniels, Tintah, MN; John (Pam) Daniels, Nashua, MN; her 19 grandchildren; her 18 great-grandchildren; her sister, Norma Dunn, Aurora, CO; her two sisters-in-law, Olga Mae (Don) Hicks, Tracy, MN; Aural (Don) Paul, Llano, CA; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded by; her parents, John and Fannie Jorgenson; her husband: Max Daniels; her three brothers, Sinclair, Ivan, and Jack Jorgenson; her two sisters, Myrtle Jorgenson, and Vira Sather

Funeral: Monday, April 17, 2006 - 10:30 AM, Tintah Congregational Church, Tintah, MN
Lunch will be at St. Gall's Catholic Church, Tintah after the interment.
