Stephanie Mattis, 57, of Breckenridge, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, April 20th, 2026, at her home in Breckenridge. A prayer service will be held in her honor on Sunday, April 26th, 2026, starting at 1:00pm, at Hughes Shelter in Wahpeton, ND. There will be a visitation to follow, ending at 5:00pm. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
