Virginia Klein

Virginia Klein, 83, of Wahpeton, ND, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Twin Town Villas in Breckenridge.

Virginia loved being with her grandsons and great-grandsons. She enjoyed mowing at the farm, knitting, sewing, crocheting, quilting, and gardening. She worked with Meals on Wheels and enjoyed knitting blankets for those in need.

She is survived by her children, Todd Klein, Cinde Barton, and Darla (Tony) Thiel; grandsons, Dustin Barton and his children Henry and Alex; Jake (Kayla) Barton, and their children, Frankie and Charlie; Tyler Thiel, Carter (Kaitlin) Thiel.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Klein and mother, Martha Iken.

A funeral service will be held for Virginia on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home in Breckenridge at 7:00 pm. Her family will receive guests at Joseph Vertin and Sons on Thursday April 13 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Rene Hasbargen will be officaiting the service. Burial will be held at a later date in Riverside Cemetery, Breckenridge. Arrangement have been entrusted to Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home.
