In 2003, Michael graduated from Rothsay Public High School. He then went to work for Minn-Dak Farmer’s Cooperative and excelled. He became the lead technician of sugar loading and held that position for many years. He also spent time working construction and in the oil fields in Williston, ND. His health began to decline shortly thereafter but his hardworking spirit allowed him to be a truck driver and then back to Yaggie Farms driving tractor. He was so thankful to Robbie Ehlert, Allen Yaggie, and Richard Yaggie for the work. He enjoyed staying busy and always wanted to be helpful.

Michael’s hobbies included classic cars, riding his Harley-Davidson, and spending time with his family.
